The Firm

Attorney Iona Evans, Esq.
Principal

Welcome to IMME Law. For over 15 years I practiced law for large and prestigious law firms. I am licensed to practice law in several states, including New Hampshire, New York, and Massachusetts. Throughout my career, I have had successful cases in numerous state and federal courts, and have even worked as an attorney internationally in England (where I was born), the Netherlands, and Australia.

For the past 5 years, I have lived in the Seacoast Area of New Hampshire and practice law predominately in my community, where I specialize in Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration. I also service clients in New York and Massachusetts remotely. In addition, I work with attorneys, financial advisers, and insurance professionals all around the country, and I am happy to provide my clients with any referrals they request.

The traditional way of helping clients with their Estate Planning, Business Planning and Trust and Estate Administration no longer works for many people. Many of us cannot, or do not want to, go into a law office right now.  Even if we did, due to changes in work locations, hours, and lack of availability of childcare, we would not be able to go during normal business hours anyway. Understanding all of that, IMME Law focuses on the clients’ needs first and foremost – which includes their legal, personal, scheduling, and remote Estate and Business Planning needs.
